Ingredients

  • 4 cups - water or stock
  • 1/2 cup - spring onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - noodles, broken into 4 cmlong pieces
  • 1/2 cup - carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup - cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup - beans sprouts
  • 1/2 cup - green capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tsp - ginger, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • How to Make Vegetable Noodle Soup:

    1. Combine all the ingredients from carrot to ginger together.
    2. Add water or stock.
    3. Let it simmer till the vegetables are soft.
    4. Add noodles, salt and pepper.
    5. Let it simmer till the noodles are cooked.
    6. Add soya sauce.
    7. Mix corn flour with 2 tbsp of water.
    8. Allow it to simmer for 2 more mins and serve immediately.
