Ingredients

  • 1 cup - finely sliced Cabbage
  • 1 cup - finely sliced Carrot
  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup - Corn flour
  • a pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1/4 cup - water
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

How to Make Vegetable Pakoda

  • Mix all the ingredients. Add 1/4 cup of water to make the batter.
  • Take spoonfuls of the mixture and deep-fry in oil.
