Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chillies
  • 500 gms - coriander
  • 4 tbsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp - Mustard Seed
  • 2 tbsp - pepper Corns
  • 4 inch piece - Turmeric
  • 4 tbsp - moong dal
  • 4 tbsp - Rice boiled
  • 4 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp - Channa dal
  • 2 tsp - Fenugreek
  • How to Make Vegetable Powder:

    1. Dry all the ingredients in the sun for 3 days.
    2. Roast each ingredient individually on a hot tawa and keep aside.
    3. Grind together to a fine powder in a mixer.
