Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chillies
  • 500 gms - coriander
  • 4 tbsp - cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp - mustard seed
  • 2 tbsp - pepper corns
  • 4 inch piece - turmeric
  • 4 tbsp - moong dal
  • 4 tbsp - rice boiled
  • 4 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp - channa dal
  • 2 tsp - fenugreek

How to Make Vegetable Powder

  • Dry all the ingredients in the sun for 3 days.
  • Roast each ingredient individually on a hot tawa and keep aside.
  • Grind together to a fine powder in a mixer.
