  • 3 cups - rice powder
  • 1.5 cups - coconut
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves
  • 2 - carrots
  • 1/2 - beetroot
  • 1/4 - cabbage
  • 1/2 inch - ginger
  • 2 tsp - curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

How to Make Vegetable Puttu
