Ingredients

  • 1 cup - plain yogurt
  • 1 - cucumber, grated
  • 1 - carrot, grated
  • 3 - Spring onion (optional)
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 2 - stalks Celery
  • 1 - medium Tomato
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - sprig Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • How to Make Vegetable Raita:

    1. Finely chop spring onion, chilli, celery, tomato onion and coriander leaves.
    2. Beat yogurt well and add the rest of the ingredients.
    3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
