How to Make Vegetable Rasam

  • Cook carrot, tomato, potato, cabbage, beans and onion and grind them into a smooth paste. Add the tamarind paste, jaggery, chilly powder, asafoetida and salt to it and let it boil for a while.
  • Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves. Serve
