  • 1/2 cup - masoor dal (boiled)
  • 1 small - potato (boiled)
  • 2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 - green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 - medium sized tomato (chopped)
  • 1 - medium sized onion (chopped)
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • Mint leaves
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • Freshly made Parathas

How to Make Vegetable Roll

  • In a pan heat the oil and add onion.
  • Fry till the onions are translucent.
  • Then add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, sugar and fry for some time.
  • Add tomatoes, green chillies, boiled potato and boiled masoor dal into it, mix them very well and make this mixture dry.
  • Now remove it from heat.
  • Add coriander leaves and mint leaves into the mixture.
  • Finally roll this mixture into freshly made parathas and serve hot with tomato sauce.
