Ingredients

  • For the filling:
  • 2 cups - boiled vegetables (potato, carrot, peas, French beans, capsicum)
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • Salt - as per taste
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Coriander leaves
  • For the covering:
  • 10 to 12 - slices of bread
  • 100 g - buttermilk
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Vegetable Rolls:

    1. Mix and mash well all the ingredients of filling in a bowl.
    2. Take one slice of bread, dip a little in the buttermilk. Put in the filling and press it in the shape of a roll.
    3. Make rolls with all the remaining slices of bread.
    4. Deep-fry one by one.
    5. Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
