  • For the filling:
  • 2 cups - boiled vegetables (potato, carrot, peas, French beans, capsicum)
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • Salt - as per taste
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander leaves
  • For the covering:
  • 10 to 12 - slices of bread
  • 200 ml - buttermilk
  • 4 tbsp - oil

How to Make Vegetable Rolls

  • Mix and mash well all the ingredients of filling in a bowl.
  • Take one slice of bread, dip a little in the buttermilk. Put in the filling and press it in the shape of a roll.
  • Make rolls with all the remaining slices of bread.
  • Deep-fry one by one.
  • Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
