Ingredients

  • Cinnamon 1 Stick
  • Cloves 5 to 6
  • Cut Green Chilies 4
  • Coriander seeds 1 tablespoon
  • Poppy Seeds 2 tablespoons
  • Channa Dal (Dalia) 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut (shredded) 5 tablespoons
  • Vegetables-
  • Cut Beans 50 grams
  • Cut Carrot 50 grams
  • Peas seeds 50 grams
  • Potato 1 big (cut into small cubes)
  • Others-
  • Coriander leaves (Cilantro) 1 small bunch
  • Jeera 1 tablespoon
  • Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Vegetable Sagu:

    1. Cook the vegetables till they are finely cooked. Fry ingredients and mix them to a paste using mixer/grinder.
    2. Season Jeera with the oil, pour the cooked vegetables and fry for 1 minute.
    3. Add the ground paste of the ingredients and mix well. Add salt to taste. Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Garnish with Coriander leaves. Sagu is ready to be served.
