Ingredients

  • 3 - cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 250 g - shredded Cabbage
  • 4 - red radishes shredded
  • 2 - medium capsicum, seeded and shredded
  • salt to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 4 tbsps - powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 3 tbsps - Vinegar

How to Make Vegetable Salad

  • Heat 3 tbsps. of oil and fry the vegetables till almost tender.
  • Mix in the sauce ingredients and remove from fire.
  • Chill before serving.
