  • Cucumber – 400 grams
  • Tomato – 200 grams
  • Onion – 100 grams
  • Jalapeño Pepper – 4
  • Chat Masala – 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste 

How to Make Vegetable Salsa

  • De-seed Tomato and Jalapeno Pepper
  • Cut Cucumber, Tomato, Jalapeno Pepper and Onion into small cubes of ½ inch by ½ inch
  • Mix all Vegetables with Chat Masala, Lemon Juice and Salt, and your Vegetable Salsa is ready
  • Goes well with most Indian Non-Veg curries and Biryani
