Ingredients

  • Cucumber – 400 grams
  • Tomato – 200 grams
  • Onion – 100 grams
  • Jalapeño Pepper – 4
  • Chat Masala – 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste 
  • How to Make Vegetable Salsa:

    1. De-seed Tomato and Jalapeno Pepper
    2. Cut Cucumber, Tomato, Jalapeno Pepper and Onion into small cubes of ½ inch by ½ inch
    3. Mix all Vegetables with Chat Masala, Lemon Juice and Salt, and your Vegetable Salsa is ready
    4. Goes well with most Indian Non-Veg curries and Biryani
