Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Carrot
  • 1 cup - Green peas
  • 1 cup - French beans
  • 2 cups - Cabbage
  • 2 cups - Chopped Onions
  • 2 cups - Spinach
  • 1 tsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • Chilli powder - to taste
  • 1 tbsp -Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • How to Make Vegetable Stir Fry:

    1. Heat oil in a kadai, add onions and saute for a while. Then add ginger and garlic paste.
    2. Once the raw smell disappears, add the vegetables and stir.
    3. Add cut spinach and chilli powder. Saute.
    4. Add garam masala and salt as per taste. Stir for a while.
    5. Cook, covered, in the kadai over medium flame. Do not overcook it.
