Ingredients

  • 4 - Carrots (approximately 150 gm), chopped into medium size
  • 1 - Broccoli (medium size), chopped into smaller pieces
  • 2 - radishes, chopped into medium pieces
  • 3 - Capsicums (medium size), diced into small cubes
  • 3-4 - spring onions, chopped into smaller pieces (only the white part)
  • 3 - Tomatoes (medium size), chopped into smaller pieces
  • 3 tsp - black pepper
  • 4 - Garlic cloves, chopped into pieces
  • 1/2 tsp - Corn flour
  • How to Make Vegetables in garlic sauce:

    1. Boil all the vegetables in water for about 8-10 minutes till they become soft.
    2. Care should be taken that the vegetables are not too soft or mashed.
    3. Drain water and keep aside.
    4. Heat oil
