Ingredients

  • 4 - carrots (approximately 150 gm), chopped into medium size
  • 1 - broccoli (medium size), chopped into smaller pieces
  • 2 - radishes, chopped into medium pieces
  • 3 - capsicums (medium size), diced into small cubes
  • 3-4 - spring onions, chopped into smaller pieces (only the white part)
  • 3 - tomatoes (medium size), chopped into smaller pieces
  • 3 tsp - black pepper
  • 4 - garlic cloves, chopped into pieces
  • 1/2 tsp - corn flour

How to Make Vegetables in Garlic Sauce

  • Boil all the vegetables in water for about 8-10 minutes till they become soft.
  • Care should be taken that the vegetables are not too soft or mashed.
  • Drain water and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and infuse the chopped garlic cloves into it. It will emit a nice fragrance.
  • Add the boiled vegetables and half a cup of water to the pan.
  • Mix corn flour in required quantity with 50 ml. of water and add to the mixture.
  • Sprinkle black pepper.
