How to Make Vegetarian chicken leg

  • Boil the black gram with salt till tender and mix it with boiled potatoes.
  • Add all ingredients (except whole spices, bread and maida paste).
  • Crush all the whole spices.
  • Take oil in a vessel, put all crushed spices, then add chopped onion, and fry it till golden brown
  • Add ginger garlic paste, add potato-channa mixture in it and mix well.
  • Shape the dough with the help of palm like an oval leg piece.
  • Soak the bread in the water, squeeze it and covered the piece with it.
  • Arrange the piece of bread like (L) shape in the bottom of this piece like a leg piece
  • Hold it very carefully & coat it in maida mixture (add maida water and colour to make the batter without lumps).
  • Deep fry it till golden brown.
  • Serve it with green chutney, lemon pieces and onions.
