Ingredients

  • 12 - tortillas, cut into long strips
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup - carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup - capsicum, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - Green peas frozen
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • Sesame oil
  • How to Make Vegetarian Tortilla Noodles:

    1. Heat sesame oil, add the sliced onions and saute for few seconds
    2. Add the carrots, green peas and saute for a few minutes.
    3. Now add cabbage, capsicum and saute again. The vegetables should be crunchy.
    4. Add the tortilla noodles along with garam masala powder, red chilli powder, soya sauce, cumin seed powder with enough salt and cook again for few minutes
    5. Toss gently until the noodles gets well coated with spices, and turn off the stove
    6. Garnish with the coriander leaves
