Ingredients

  • 12 - tortillas, cut into long strips
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup - carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup - capsicum, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - green peas frozen
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seed powder
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • Sesame oil

How to Make Vegetarian Tortilla Noodles

  • Heat sesame oil, add the sliced onions and saute for few seconds
  • Add the carrots, green peas and saute for a few minutes.
  • Now add cabbage, capsicum and saute again. The vegetables should be crunchy.
  • Add the tortilla noodles along with garam masala powder, red chilli powder, soya sauce, cumin seed powder with enough salt and cook again for few minutes
  • Toss gently until the noodles gets well coated with spices, and turn off the stove
  • Garnish with the coriander leaves
