  • 1/2 cup - Dalia (broken wheat)
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 medium-sized onions, sliced
  • 2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 capsicums, finely chopped
  • 3 cups - vegetables (peas, cauliflower, carrot, etc.), finely chopped
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 3 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • salt to taste

How to Make Veggie dalia delight

  • Soak dalia in 1/2 cup warm water.
  • In a separate pan, fry onions, add ginger-garlic paste, spices and fry for 2 more mins.
  • Add vegetables and saute till they are soft. Remove from fire.
  • Now squeeze excess water from soaked dalia and add to vegetable mix.
  • Mix corn flour in milk and add.
  • Transfer to a greased baking tray. Bake at 170 degrees C for 30-35 mins till well done. Serve hot.
