Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup - Finely chopped Carrots
  • 1/4 cup - Finely chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp - Plain flour
  • 1 tbsp - Chopped green Spring onions
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Corn starch
  • 2 tsp - Soya sauce
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli sauce
  • A pinch of Ajinomoto (MSG)
  • 5 - Soup sticks
  • How to Make Veggie Lollipop:

    1. Take all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix well.
    2. Make sure you get a consistency of a soft dough to make 10 balls out of it.
    3. Cut the soup sticks into halves to make a total of 10 sticks.
    4. Take a portion of the mix and make a ball out of it.
    5. Insert one soup stick into it and reshape to make a lollipop.
    6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and slide 3-4 lollipops at time.
    7. Deep Fried them till golden-brown and crispy outside.
    8. Take them out on a kitchen towel and cover the stick with a piece of aluminium foil.
    9. Serve hot.
