Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - Mint leaves
  • 1 cup - Carrot smooth pulp, strained
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 2 pinches black pepper powder
  • 600 ml - ice cold water
  • How to Make Veggie Mocktail:

    1. Mix carrot pulp and tomato puree
    2. Chill the mixture
    3. Put 100ml. of water with sugar to heat on slow till it dissolves.
    4. Bring to a boil, take off fire.
    5. Keep aside to cool till required.
    6. Just before serving:
    7. Blend mint leaves and sugar syrup in a blender.
    8. Add carrot-tomato mixture, salt, pepper and cold water.
    9. Run till frothy.
    10. Pour into tall glasses, serve immediately.
