  • 1.5 cups - Poha, soaked for about 10 minutes
  • 4 tbsp Maida
  • 1 Tomato cut into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp - Green peas
  • Green Mirch Slices, Salt, Ginger Garlic paste, Cumin seeds.
  • How to Make Veggie Pancake:

    1. Mix all the above ingredients well. If needed add a little water to the ingredients.
    2. Pour the mixture to a thickness of 1/2 inch in a well greased pan with oil.
    3. Cook for 10 mins in low heat with lid covered.
    4. Reverse the pancake and cook for 5 mins with lid on it.
