Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - cold Milk
  • 1 - small ripe Avocado
  • 1 - small potato, boiled, peeled
  • 1 - sprig Spring onion greens, finely chopped
  • 1 - small carrot, grated
  • 1 - small Green chilli
  • 1 tsp - Basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - sugar, ground
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 pinches - black salt
  • 2 pinches - chaat masala powder
  • 2 tsp - cheese spread

How to Make Veggie Tangy Dip

  • Put avocado, potato, chilli and lemon juice in a small electric jar. Grind to a smooth paste.
  • Add milk, cheese spread, salt and sugar and run again till smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl.
  • Add spring onions, carrot, cumin, black salt, chaat masala and basil and fold in.
  • Refrigerate till required.
  • Serve as a general dip.
