Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - fenugreek/methi leaves
  • 1 cup - red gram dal
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp - black gram dal
  • salt
  • oil
  • How to Make Vendaya Keerai Masiyal:

    1. Clean, wash and cut methi leaves and keep it ready.
    2. Wash and add red gram dal in pressure cooker along with green leaves, onions chopped, tomatoes chopped, green chillies, salt.
    3. Add water and boil it for 15 minutes.
    4. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, black gram dal and mix it with the green leaves.
