  • 1 bunch - fenugreek/methi leaves
  • 1 cup - red gram dal
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp - black gram dal
  • salt
  • oil

How to Make Vendaya Keerai Masiyal

  • Clean, wash and cut methi leaves and keep it ready.
  • Wash and add red gram dal in pressure cooker along with green leaves, onions chopped, tomatoes chopped, green chillies, salt.
  • Add water and boil it for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, black gram dal and mix it with the green leaves.
