  • 1 large Onion
  • 4-5 Green chillies
  • Tamarind
  • cumin and salt
  • How to Make Vengaya Pachadi:

    1. Cut onion in to 4-6 pieces.
    2. Heat oil in a pan.
    3. Add cumin, onion pieces, tamarind, salt and little water.
    4. Cover with lid and cook on slow heat.
    5. Cook till it becomes soft or till brown.
    6. Cool and grind it.
    7. It tastes very nice with rice, dosas and idlis.
