  • 1 - small raw mango
  • 5-6 - green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - jaggery, crushed
  • 1 tsp - vepam poo or neem flower
  • 1/2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard to temper
  • Curry and coriander leaves to garnish

How to Make Vepam Poo Pachadi

  • Chop the mango into big cubes.
  • Boil along with slit green chillies and salt.
  • When it is cooked (not too soft), add the jaggery.
  • Temper with mustard seeds.
  • Fry vepam poo in ghee till the flowers turn brown and start smoking. Add to the mixture.
  • Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
