  • 1 - small Raw Mango
  • 5-6 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - jaggery, crushed
  • 1 tsp - vepam poo or neem flower
  • 1/2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard to temper
  • Curry and Coriander leaves to garnish
  • How to Make Vepam Poo Pachadi:

    1. Chop the mango into big cubes.
    2. Boil along with slit green chillies and salt.
    3. When it is cooked (not too soft), add the jaggery.
    4. Temper with mustard seeds.
    5. Fry vepam poo in ghee till the flowers turn brown and start smoking. Add to the mixture.
    6. Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
