Ingredients

  • 4 - Potatoes, medium sized
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard and Cumin seeds
  • How to Make Vepdu:

    1. Peel potatoes and cut them into medium sized cubes.
    2. Take some oil in a pan and heat it.
    3. When it is hot, put mustard and cumin seeds and potato cubes.
    4. Keep stirring without reducing the heat.
    5. When potatoes are half fried, put salt and chilli powder.
    6. Reduce the heat and cook for some 3 mins.
