How to Make Vepdu

  • Peel potatoes and cut them into medium sized cubes.
  • Take some oil in a pan and heat it.
  • When it is hot, put mustard and cumin seeds and potato cubes.
  • Keep stirring without reducing the heat.
  • When potatoes are half fried, put salt and chilli powder.
  • Reduce the heat and cook for some 3 mins.
