How to Make Veppalaikatti

  • Wash and pat dry the lime leaves.
  • Now remove all the leaves and take out the middle stems.
  • Grind them in a mixer along with the red chilli, omam, asafoetida and salt into a paste.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
