  • 1.5 cup - roasted vermicelli
  • 3/4 cup - powdered Jaggery or Brown sugar
  • 400ml - Coconut Milk
  • 200ml - Mango pulp
  • 2.5 cup - water
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Mango slices, to garnish
  • How to Make Vermicelli and Mango Dessert:

    1. Cook the vermicelli in water.
    2. Dissolve jaggery in 1 cup of water, strain and add to the vermicelli. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
    3. Add coconut milk and simmer for 2 more minutes.
    4. Stir in the mango pulp and cardamom powder, and remove from fire.
    5. Cool and chill in the refrigerator.
    6. Serve cold, garnished with mango slices.
