Ingredients

  • 1 tin -condensed Milk - sweetened
  • 2 cups -vermicelli
  • 1 cup -coconut grated
  • 1 cup -badam powdered
  • 5-6 strands- saffron, boiled in 1/4 cup Milk
  • How to Make Vermicelli Burfi:

    1. Saute the vermicelli in a pan. Cook vermicelli in water till its soft.
    2. Take a pan and add condensed milk, coconut, vermicelli, badam powder and mix well.
    3. Stir continuously for 3 mins.
    4. Add saffron.
    5. Turn off the gas.
    6. Cool it and cut it into pieces of desired shape and size.
