Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1 cup - vermicelli
  • 5 - cashews
  • 4 tbsp - sugar
  • 3/4 - cardamoms
  • Orange colour (a pinch)

How to Make Vermicelli Kesari Bath

  • In a heated pan, add 1 tsp of butter and fry the cashews and vermicelli until golden brown.
  • Add 3/4 cup of water to the fried vermicelli and cashews.
  • Add a pinch of orange colour to it.
  • Add 4 tbsps of sugar to it and boil until the vermicelli is cooked.
  • Add powdered cardamom at the end.
