  • 200 gms - Vermicelli
  • 200 gms - Jaggery
  • 1 Liter - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom Powder.
  • How to Make Vermicelli Kheer:

    1. Break the vermicelli into small bits and cook it in half a litre of milk and half a litre of water.
    2. Add the jaggery to it.
    3. Cook until the vermicelli softens.
    4. Then add the remaining half litre of the milk and let it boil.
    5. Now add the cardamom powder and remove from fire.
    6. Serve warm.
