How to Make Vermicelli Pudding with saffron

  • Roast the vermicelli in 4 tbsps of ghee till they turn golden brown colour.
  • Boil the milk, add the vermicelli to the milk and cook well.
  • Now, add the sugar and stir till it dissolves. Also, add the saffron and cardamom powder.
  • Continue boiling till you get the desired consistency.
  • Garnish with roasted cashews. Serve hot or cold.
