Ingredients

  • 100 g - vermicelli
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - sesame oil
  • 1/4 stalk - Celery
  • 1 hard boiled Egg
  • 1/2- Cucumber
  • 1/2- Tomato
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 6 tbsp - Chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tsps - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - sesame oil

How to Make Vermicelli Salad

  • Cook vermicelli in a pot of boiling water for 5 mins. Drain well.
  • Sprinkle with salt and mix well.
  • Blanch celery until colour begins to change.
  • Rinse well in cold water and drain well.
  • Dice egg, celery, cucumber and tomato into 1/2" cubes.
  • Combine ingredients for dressing. Mix all ingredients together.
