Ingredients

  • 100 g - vermicelli
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - sesame oil
  • 1/4 stalk - Celery
  • 1 hard boiled Egg
  • 1/2- Cucumber
  • 1/2- Tomato
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 6 tbsp - Chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tsps - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - sesame oil
  • How to Make Vermicelli Salad:

    1. Cook vermicelli in a pot of boiling water for 5 mins. Drain well.
    2. Sprinkle with salt and mix well.
    3. Blanch celery until colour begins to change.
    4. Rinse well in cold water and drain well.
    5. Dice egg, celery, cucumber and tomato into 1/2" cubes.
    6. Combine ingredients for dressing. Mix all ingredients together.
