  • 1 cup - condensed Milk
  • 1 cup - Coconut Milk (thick)
  • 2 - Egg yolks
  • 1 cup - Cream
  • 1 tbsp - gelatine
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • few drops red colour
  • Raspberries to garnish
  • How to Make Very Berry Raspberry Ice-Cream:

    1. Set refrigerator control at its coldest.
    2. In a bowl, soak gelatine in 2 tbsp water for 5 minutes.
    3. Place the bowl in a shallow pan containing hot water.
    4. Stir gelatine till it dissolves.
    5. In a mixing bowl, whisk cream till thick and fluffy.
    6. Whisk in condensed milk, egg yolk, gelatine, coconut milk and essence.
    7. Add colour.
    8. Freeze in ice-trays, until almost firm.
    9. Remove from freezer.
    10. Beat well and refreeze until firm.
    11. Serve garnished with raspberry pieces.
