  • 1 cup- brown or white Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup -finely chopped Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp- salt
  • 1/2 tsp- Sugar
  • How to Make Vinegar Chillies And Mayonnaise:

    1. Put the vinegar in a bowl, add the green chillies, salt and sugar.
    2. Stir well with a spoon.
    3. Cover and set aside for about 4 hours. Serve with all Chinese dishes.
