  • 1 cup- brown or white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup -finely chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp- salt
  • 1/2 tsp- sugar

How to Make Vinegar Chillies And Mayonnaise

  • Put the vinegar in a bowl, add the green chillies, salt and sugar.
  • Stir well with a spoon.
  • Cover and set aside for about 4 hours. Serve with all Chinese dishes.
