Ingredients

  • 3 - potatoes, boiled, peeled
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon, extracted
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Vrat ke Jeera Aloo:

    1. Chop boiled potatoes into chunks.
    2. Heat oil, add cumin and allow to splutter.
    3. Add potatoes and chillies and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
    4. Add salt, lemon juice and coriander and mix gently.
    5. Serve hot and crisp chunks, garnished with more coriander.
