Ingredients

  • 3 - potatoes, boiled, peeled
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon, extracted
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Vrat ke Jeera Aloo

  • Chop boiled potatoes into chunks.
  • Heat oil, add cumin and allow to splutter.
  • Add potatoes and chillies and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add salt, lemon juice and coriander and mix gently.
  • Serve hot and crisp chunks, garnished with more coriander.
