How to Make Waffles

  • Pour the egg yolks, sugar, flour and melted into the processor bowl and mix at MIN speed using the plastic kneading blade.
  • Pour in the milk through the feeder tube and gradually increase speed to 12.
  • Leave mixture to stand for 15 mins.
  • Wash the bowl and replace the kneading blade with the whisk, add the egg whites with a pinch of salt and beat until stiff on MAX speed.
  • Fold into the mixture.
  • Pour out a little mixture into a hot waffle and start cooking waffles, continuously until all the mixture has been used.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
  • Serve the waffles with whipped cream, fruit or chocolate sauce.
