Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - walnuts, coarsely broken
  • 1 - small apple, diced
  • 1 - small capsicum, chopped finely
  • 1 - small cucumber, chopped finely
  • 1 stalk - spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - small white onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • For Dressing:
  • 1 tsp - olive oil
  • 1 tsp - honey
  • 1 tsp - brown vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - sugar, powdered
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Walnut-Apple Salad

  • Mix all ingredients for dressing. Add 1 tbsp water and mix well till flavours are blended.
  • Mix all other ingredients in a large salad bowl.
  • Drizzle dress.
