Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - walnuts, crushed coarsely
  • 5 to 6 - green pistachios, crushed coarsely
  • 1 tsp - Pineapple or Plum or cherry jam or marmalade
  • 1 cup - table butter, softened well
  • 1 stalk - Mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 - small green chilli, finely chopped
  • How to Make Walnut Butter:

    1. Run chilli and mint in small mixie to crush them.
    2. Add butter and run to form a soft ball.
    3. Take out and fold in crushed walnuts and pistachios.
    4. Can be applied thickly on bread slices.
    5. Can also accompany Indian breads like sheermal, parathas etc.
