  • 1/2 cup shelled walnuts, broken
  • 3 shelled walnut halves for garnish
  • 2 Oreo chocolate cream biscuits
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp brown or regular sugar
  • 300 ml whole milk
  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream

How to Make Walnut Choco Steaming Drink

  • Run shelled walnuts and biscuits in mixie till powdered.
  • Pour 1 cup milk in a large vessel and add walnut-biscuit powder.
  • Add cocoa powder and sugar and stir till well blended.
  • Put to heat and bring to boil, stirring continuously.
  • Add remaining milk and bring back to boil, while stirring.
  • Simmer and boil for 2-3 minutes more.
  • Pour boiling hot milk from one vessel to another. Repeat 3-4 times till frothy.
  • Pour into heatproof glasses, while still very hot.
  • Top with a small blob of hardened ice cream.
  • Top this with the walnut halves.
  • Serve immediately.
