  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - brandy
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp. - bread crumbs
  • 2 cups - ground Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup - halved Walnuts

How to Make Walnut cookies

  • Beat the eggs well.
  • Add the sugar and beat till it is mixed thoroughly.
  • Mix in the ground nuts, essence, brandy and crumbs.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls, press half or quarter of the walnut over each ball and bake in a pre-heated oven till light golden in color.
