  • 50 g - Cocoa powder
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 500 g - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 125 g - Walnuts, chopped fine

How to Make Walnut Fudge Easter Eggs

  • Boil the milk and sugar together until it thickens.
  • Make a paste with the cocoa powder and a little warm milk.
  • Add this to the milk along with the walnuts and butter.
  • Simmer until the mixture forms a ball.
  • Remove from heat and mould into egg shapes.
  • Cool and warp in decorative foil paper.
