Ingredients

  • 250 gm - sliced Mushrooms
  • 8 slices French bread
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • For Salad:
  • 4 tbsp - salad/ Olive oil
  • 1/2 kg - shredded Spinach leaves
  • 4 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - sesame oil
  • 2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • To Finish:
  • 2 tbsp - grated cheese

How to Make Warm Spinach Salad on Croutes

  • Saute mushrooms in hot oil for 1 minute. Remove from pan.
  • Add garlic to the pan, followed by the bread.
  • Cook on both sides until crisp and golden.
  • Heat 4 tbsp salad oil.
  • Fry spinach leaves for 1 minute.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Heat through until just warm.
  • Season and serve on croutes.
  • Garnish with cheese.
