How to Make

  • Wash watercress, trim stems. Peel and cut potato lengthwise.
  • Saute onion, tomato and garlic paste.
  • Add turmeric, salt, red pepper powder, garam masala, watercress leaves and potato.
  • Add 1/4 cup water and cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes on medium flame.
  • Serve hot with roti.
