Ingredients

  • 3 cups - water melon chunks
  • 1 tsp - grated Ginger
  • 2 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 4 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - salt

How to Make Watermelon Delight

  • Blend all the above ingredients together in a mixer/blender till smooth.
  • Chill in the refrigerator then serve in tall glasses with chunks of water melon on top.
