Ingredients

  • 2 cups Watermelon pieces, refrigerated as desired
  • 1/2 cup green Grapes
  • 1/4 cup black or white Grapes
  • 3-4 pinches chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp brown or castor Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 3-4 tender salad leaves, cleaned

How to Make Watermelon Grape Refresher

  • Spread salad leaves on individual serving plate. Toss all other ingredients together.
  • Use freshly ground pepper only, as required.
  • Empty onto prepared plate, piling in centre.
  • Serve immediately.
