Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup - greens (drumstick leaves or Methi leaves)
  • 2 tbsp - grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp - ginger, Green chilli paste
  • Chopped curry leaves, Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to saute.
  • How to Make Wheat Adai:

    1. Mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough.
    2. Make small balls and press on butter paper to make small thick rounds.
    3. In a tawa cook both the sides by smearing oil.
