Ingredients

  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup - greens (drumstick leaves or methi leaves)
  • 2 tbsp - grated coconut
  • 1 tsp - ginger, green chilli paste
  • Chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to saute.

How to Make Wheat Adai

  • Mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough.
  • Make small balls and press on butter paper to make small thick rounds.
  • In a tawa cook both the sides by smearing oil.
