Ingredients

  • 1 cup - urad dhal
  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp - Methi seeds
  • 1 tbsp - cooked Rice
  • salt to taste

How to Make Wheat and Urad Dosa

  • Soak urad dhal and methi together for 3-4 hours.
  • Grind it fine with water while adding the cooked rice. Mix with wheat flour and salt.
  • Ferment the batter overnight.
  • Make dosas with it the next day.
