  • 1 cup - urad dhal
  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp - Methi seeds
  • 1 tbsp - cooked Rice
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Wheat and Urad Dosa:

    1. Soak urad dhal and methi together for 3-4 hours.
    2. Grind it fine with water while adding the cooked rice. Mix with wheat flour and salt.
    3. Ferment the batter overnight.
    4. Make dosas with it the next day.
