Ingredients

  • 2 cups - atta
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1 cup - refined oil
  • 5 - Bananas (green, over ripe)
  • 4 - Egg
  • 1 tsp - cooking soda
  • 5 drops - Cardamom essence or vanilla
  • How to Make Wheat Cake:

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Grease the baking tray and keep it ready.
    2. Smash the bananas into a soft paste, add eggs and beat till fluffy.
    3. Then add the essence and oil and beat till the air bubbles appear.
    4. Sieve atta and soda well and add it to the banana mixture.
    5. Put mixture into a greased baking tray and bake for 40-45 minutes or till it is brown.
