Ingredients

  • 2 cups - atta
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1 cup - refined oil
  • 5 - Bananas (green, over ripe)
  • 4 - Egg
  • 1 tsp - cooking soda
  • 5 drops - Cardamom essence or vanilla

How to Make Wheat Cake

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Grease the baking tray and keep it ready.
  • Smash the bananas into a soft paste, add eggs and beat till fluffy.
  • Then add the essence and oil and beat till the air bubbles appear.
  • Sieve atta and soda well and add it to the banana mixture.
  • Put mixture into a greased baking tray and bake for 40-45 minutes or till it is brown.
