Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cups - Water
  • 1/2 cup - Hot Milk
  • How to Make Wheat Flour Soup:

    1. Dry roast the flour till golden brown on a low flame.
    2. When the flour is done, add water stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
    3. Bring to a boil.
    4. Add the ghee and salt.
    5. Simmer on low for 2-3 minutes. Stir regularly.
    6. Pour into a bowl.
    7. Serve piping hot with plain or sweetened hot milk.
    8. Stir in some corn flakes or other cereal as desired.
    9. Very good and easy to consume in fevers, coughs, inflamed throats and ulcers.
