How to Make Wheat-Juwar Vada

  • Heat Methi dry on tawa on low flame until it's lightly browned. Let is cool. Then crush it with either rolling pin ( belan ) or with mixie.
  • Mix everything including the methi. Add water to make it thick batter.
  • Consistency of the batter should not be very hard, but it should not be as watery as dosa batter too. Somewhere in between.
  • Let it ferment overnight.
  • Deep fry in oil on medium heat; by putting small dips of the batter.
