  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Oil - to deep fry
  • Powdered sugar - 1.5 cup
  • Finely chopped cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
  • Ghee - 1/4 cup

How to Make Wheat Laddu

  • Mix wheat flour with enough water and knead like chapatti dough.
  • Prepare thin chapattis and deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
  • Once cool, crush and powder it coarsely.
  • Add powdered sugar and pound them together.
  • Add fried cashew nuts and prepare lemon sized balls.
